What is the ECEC
 
The East Carolina Engineers Club,founded in 1948, is a nonprofit, non-partisan, non-sectarian organization which helps promote the social, economic, and technical interests of the engineering profession throughout Eastern North Carolina. By fostering better standards of engineering ethics and disseminating engineering knowledge among its members, it helps secure efficient service for the public and protects the public from incompetence in all lines of engineering work.  
 
The East Carolina Engineers Club, with dedicated leadership, is actively pursuing these objectives, and to date has accomplished much for the most progressive of all southern states. You can help your colleagues achieve these necessary and worthy goals by active leadership in the East Carolina Engineers Club.

Each year the East Carolina Engineers Club awards scholarships to deserving students.  The scholarship program is designed to annually grant a total scholarship amount of at least $1000 to students at colleges in Eastern North Carolina.  Read More ....
